Nature of Services and Important Limitations
ORCCA provides preventive, lifestyle, wellbeing-oriented and integrative care programs. Depending on the service booked, ORCCA may also facilitate consultations with qualified practitioners, including Ayurvedic doctors, nutritionists, psychologists, functional medicine professionals, and yoga therapists.
Digital services may be delivered through audio, video, chat, forms, reports, tracking tools, or other digital communication methods.
No physical examination is performed through the digital Platform.
The Services are not intended for emergency care, critical care, trauma care, or hospital-based interventions. If you have an emergency, seek immediate in-person medical assistance.
You are responsible for disclosing complete and accurate health information relevant to your consultation or program, including current symptoms, diagnoses, allergies, pregnancy status, and ongoing medications or supplements where applicable.
Incomplete or incorrect information may reduce the safety and effectiveness of recommendations.
Clinical Approach and Diagnostics
When ORCCA facilitates clinical consultations or treatment, the practitioner's clinical assessment and treatment planning will be based on consultation, medical history, symptoms, and appropriate clinical investigations where required.
The Platform is not intended to replace your local physician, emergency services, or an in-person examination where one is clinically necessary.
Any diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medication recommendation, or other clinical decision remains the responsibility of the appropriately qualified practitioner providing the consultation.
Lifestyle Compliance and Treatment Outcomes
Users are advised to follow the medical, dietary, lifestyle, movement, and wellbeing recommendations provided by their relevant practitioner.
Adherence to professional advice may be an important component of achieving intended wellbeing or treatment outcomes.
Individual results may vary depending on a person's circumstances, adherence, health status, lifestyle, and other factors.
ORCCA does not guarantee specific health or treatment outcomes.
By proceeding with a program or consultation, you acknowledge that outcomes may vary depending on individual circumstances and adherence to recommendations provided by the care team.
Ayurveda Assessments and Classical Ayurvedic Medicines
Where applicable, ORCCA may facilitate Ayurvedic assessment methodologies to support programs, including evaluation of traditional Ayurvedic factors, digestion patterns, lifestyle factors, and other information provided by the user.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, qualified Ayurvedic practitioners may recommend classical Ayurvedic medicines or formulations.
Such recommendations are based on traditional principles, professional judgment, and information disclosed by the user.
Ayurvedic recommendations provided digitally are not intended for emergencies, acute critical illnesses, or conditions requiring urgent in-person evaluation.
You must inform the relevant practitioner about existing medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or lactation, and current medications before following any medicine or regimen.
