Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

General Program Cancellation

• If a cancellation is requested before the initial consultation has taken place, a full refund will be issued.
• If a cancellation is requested after the initial consultation has been completed, the consultation charges will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
• Once the program has officially started, the following refund terms apply:

  30-Day Program:

  If a cancellation request is raised within 7 days of the program start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued if the request is made after 7 days of the program start date.

  3-Month Program:

  If a cancellation request is raised within 30 days of the program start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued if the request is made after 30 days of the program start date.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@orcca.health and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
• Orders for medicines or physical products cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Consultation Appointment Cancellation / Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs.

• You may cancel or reschedule your consultation by notifying us at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Rescheduling can be done via the ORCCA app, website, or by contacting our support team.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be considered as a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in cases of medical emergency or technical issues, subject to approval.
• For any late reschedule requests, we encourage contacting our team immediately for possible alternate arrangements (though not guaranteed).

Medicine & Product Order Cancellations

• Orders for Ayurvedic medicines or physical wellness kits cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
• If cancellation is requested before dispatch, and payment is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds (program or product-related) will be processed within 15 business days from the date of confirmation.
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise requested or restricted.

Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

• ORCCA reserves the right to grant or deny refunds outside of the above guidelines based on exceptional circumstances.
• All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to internal review and final approval.
