If you wish to delete your ORCCA account, please review the information below to understand what happens when your account is deleted and how to submit a deletion request.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you request account deletion:

| Immediate deactivation | Your account will be deactivated right away, and you will no longer be able to log in or access any services. |
| Permanent data removal | All personal data, including your profile, health records, chat history, tracker data, and uploaded files, will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. |

Once deletion is complete, this action cannot be undone. You would need to create a new account to use ORCCA again.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:
Method 1: In the App
Open the ORCCA app and navigate to:
Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.
Method 2: Via Email
Send an email to hello@orcca.health from your registered email address with the following:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Body: Include your full name and registered email address
Identity Verification
For your security, we will verify your identity before processing any account deletion request. This helps ensure that no one other than you can request the removal of your data.
